Menus & publishing

Publishing is where BevWerk turns internal setup into something guests and staff can actually use.

  1. Publish your menu — learn why BevWerk treats taplists as the prerequisite for Digital Menu, Paper Menu, Bar Menu, and Website Menu workflows.
  2. Choose the right menu surface — decide between Bar, Digital, Paper, and Website Menus.
  3. Design a menu with the toolbar — layout, type, colour, and which beverage details appear.
  4. Put a menu on a screen or a website — get a finished menu in front of guests.
  5. Use the Bar Menu behind the bar — the staff-facing surface, including what is queued next.
  6. Embed the Website Menu on your own site — a live beer list inside a site you already run.

It is easy to think of publishing as cosmetic work.

In BevWerk, it is actually the payoff for the structure you created elsewhere. That is why this section belongs right after onboarding and inventory in the recommended docs path.
