Create your BevWerk account
Signing up creates two things at once: your company and your own user account inside it. That is why the form asks for both sets of details.
What you provide
Section titled “What you provide”About the business — Company Name, Company Email, Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Phone. These become your company record, and several of them appear later on menus and public pages, so use the details you would want a guest to see.
About you — First Name, Last Name, Email, and a Password with Confirm Password. This is your personal sign-in, separate from the company email.
Keeping the two apart matters more than it looks. Your personal email is how you sign in and reset a password; the company email is how the business is reached. Using one address for both is the most common cause of a locked-out account later, when the shared inbox changes hands and the reset link goes somewhere nobody reads. See Reset your password.
Sign-up includes agreeing to BevWerk’s terms and conditions. They are presented in full on the page rather than behind a link, so you can read what you are agreeing to before you finish.
What exists when you are done
Section titled “What exists when you are done”A company with you in it — and not much else. Your catalog is empty, no locations are configured beyond what you entered, and no beer exists yet.
That blank state is deliberate rather than unfinished. BevWerk does not guess your beverage program, so the first screens guide you through building it in an order that works. See Your first day in BevWerk.
Adding your team comes later
Section titled “Adding your team comes later”You do not need colleagues’ details during sign-up. Add them once you are in, with the role each should have — see Roles and what each one can do.
