Account & billing
Once the personal and company basics are set up, the next layer is the parts of BevWerk that belong to the business, not any one person: who can sign in, what point-of-sale system feeds your sales data, and what plan the company is on.

Section titled “Start here”Connect a POS integration— find where Clover and Square connections live, and what has to be true before you can start one.Manage users— see the team table and the form for inviting a new teammate.Understand your subscription— see what BevWerk shows you about your plan and billing status.Understand POS sync operations— know which data moves in which direction, and when to intervene.Export your company data— download a JSON copy of your records.Roles and what each one can do— why a colleague sees options you do not.How billing and plan changes work— what you pay for, and what changes it.The BevWerk Assistant— what it can answer, what it can do, and where its answers come from.
Why this section matters
Section titled “Why this section matters”These are owner/manager-level controls. They answer questions like:
- where do I connect Clover or Square so sales show up in reports?
- who currently has access to this company’s BevWerk account, and how do I add someone?
- what plan is this company on, and where do I see that?
Getting these right early avoids confusion later — sales reports stay empty without a POS connection, and new teammates can’t get to work without an account.
