Understand inventory activity
When Activity is enabled for your location, it lists inventory actions and the person who made them. Single changes show their recorded details in the row. An action affecting several kegs can be expanded for its per-keg breakdown.
A draft line cleaning appears once. For example, cleaned 14 lines ยท 46 oz each explains the action. Expand a cleaning affecting several kegs to see one table row per keg, with its beverage, ounce change and percentage remaining. A single-keg change shows these amounts directly in the main row. For example, โ46 oz and 100% โ 97.7% show what the cleaning removed from that keg. Recorded taps appear alongside the action; the feed does not infer a historical tap-to-keg pairing. Direct inventory edits appear as adjusted inventory. Bottle and can stock changes use units.
New keg additions record the signed-in person who added them. User not recorded means an event has no recorded author; it does not mean an automated process made the change. Older events keep their recorded attribution, and BevWerk does not guess a missing author.
Reason not recorded means the record does not establish what caused the quantity change. Older entries keep this label. BevWerk does not assign a reason based on nearby times.
New quantity changes retain the package size used to calculate ounces. For older entries, Calculated using current package size means the ounce amount uses the package definition available today. If that definition is missing, the entry shows Volume unavailable.
Filter by event type, person or date to narrow the list. Choose both a start and end date to apply a date range. Your previous results stay visible while you finish selecting the range. If a date is unreadable or the end comes before the start, correct it or select Clear filters. Clearing both dates removes the date filter. The keg quantity filter includes the actions containing keg changes. Loading more keeps every action together with its changes.
